Francis Mitchell, VP of Enrollments
In September of 2013, Francis Mitchell became the company's Vice President of Enrollments. Fran has over 36 years of experience in the Voluntary Industry. Shortly after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors of Science degree, Fran became an Agent with Combined Insurance Company of America. 

Upon joining the company, Fran became a top-producing Agent. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1978 and continued to move up the ranks, from District Manager to Sub-Regional Manager for the States of Connecticut and Florida and Regional Manager for the state of California.  Fran became the Operations Manager at the Employee Benefit Communications, a subsidiary of Combined Insurance Company, where he managed a 400 person call center and oversee five major accounts.  Prior to leaving Combined he held the position of National Sales Manager for the Worksite Division.

In addition to his knowledge of voluntary products and sales, Fran has extensive experience in case implementation, enroller training and client/broker relations.

Fran resides in Prospect Connecticut with his wife Eleanor.  He is also an ardent golfer  and loves to travel.
