Tamara Alves, Operations Manager
Tammy is a seasoned business professional with over 20 years experience in sales, account management, technology solutions, and communications most recently in the Voluntary Benefits industry.  Her expertise in operations and project management has led to successful business expansion for companies like Bridgecom International, Broadview Communications, Colonial Life, and Advanced Voluntary Concepts where she currently holds the position of Regional Benefits Coordinator.

Tammy has her AAS in Hospitality Management from the State University of New York at Delhi and her certificate in Computer Graphics from Westchester Community College.  She is a trained culinary expert and mother of 2 sons, ages 6 and 4, in which she currently serves on their school’s Home and School Board.
